“I would like to thank all who volunteered today at the Blue Clay race. This was a great event and would not have been possible without those who gave up their time on a Sunday to watch a bunch of people race. Hopefully Cape Fear SORBA will have a nice check from the series to help build more trails and improve existing ones. Thanks to Brannon, David, and Jere for helping to get the trail ready on Saturday it was awesome. Thanks to Barry for mowing the grass. Thanks to Rod, Tripp, and Billy for working the stop sign. Thanks to Bryan for scoring the race, SueMay and daughter for registration. Thanks to Brandon for being our race director, Austin for coordinating the food and prizes (food was great). Thanks to Brandon’s team members for helping out with parking. Thanks to Steve and Mary Ann for helping cleanup afterwards. Thanks to Tse-Lyn for helping out also. Thanks to Don (Trail Mayor) and Austin for posting all our race info on the website .Thanks to Ben for raking parts of the trail before all the rain came. Hope I did not miss anyone.
